Returns Policy

DuraBumper™ Guards takes great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of its products, and each item is carefully inspected before packaging.  However, should an item be found defective, a return must occur within 30 days of purchase. A replacement will be mailed at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered if an item’s defect or damage is a result of the end-users negligence or improper care.

DuraBumper™ Guards happily accepts returns and offers refunds (less shipping fees) for products purchased from our online store. Items purchased from a retailer other than DuraBumper.com should be returned to that specific store. When returning a product please provide the following:

• An original receipt is required with all returns.
• Return items must be received within 45 days of purchase.
• Please indicate a reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement, exchange, or merchandise refund.
