DuraBumper™ Guards happily accepts returns and offers refunds (less shipping fees) for DuraBumper™ and VacuBumper™ products purchased from this online store. Items purchased from a retailer other than DuraBumper.com should be returned to that specific store.
- An original receipt is required with all returns.
- Return items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- Please indicate a reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement, exchange, or merchandise refund
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, and each item is carefully inspected before packaging. However, should an item be found defective, a return must occur within 30 days of purchase. A replacement will be mailed at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered if an item’s defect or damage is a result of the end-user’s negligence or improper care.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges; this includes items that were initially sent as “Free Shipping” or “Shipping Included.” Customers exchanging products will be charged actual shipping costs for reshipment.
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order will be held responsible for all associated shipping, handling, and credit card processing fees.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Returns and Exchanges
DuraBumper™ Guards will not be held responsible for return items that are lost, delayed, or damaged. Please purchase insurance and delivery confirmations for all returns. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for amounts declared up to $100. Items sent via the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable and are not automatically insured.
