Is it safe to send my credit card information to DuraBumper™  | VacuBumper™ over the Internet?
Credit Card processing is conducted through Authorize.net, a centralized and secure data management system. Your data is hosted in a high-security, fully encrypted data center. Even  employees of DuraBumper™ Guards cannot read or access your credit card information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit, debit, and purchasing card payments.

How is my order shipped?
Orders for 2 to 3 items will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All other USA orders will ship via UPS Ground. Shipments to Canada are sent via FedEx.
 
Do you ship to my country and what are the delivery charges?
The shipping cost for delivery outside the U.S., including APOs and FPOs addresses, vary based on the destination. For an exact shipping rate, please email your shipping address and the items you are interested in purchasing to service@vacubumper.com so that we can provide you with an exact shipping rate.

What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. For further assistance, call our Customer Care Center at (480) 699-1172.
