EMAIL REQUESTS Please email quote requests and purchase orders to: Orders@DuraBumper.com.SHIPPING FEE Orders ship FOB, PPD & Add from Phoenix, AZ. Shipping rates are based on destination, plus the weight and dimensions of each shipping container. A shipping fee will be added to the final invoice.
Return Policy
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, and each item is carefully inspected before packaging. However, should an item be found defective, a return must occur within 30 days of purchase. A replacement will be mailed at no additional cost to the customer. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered if an item’s defect or damage is a result of the end-users negligence or improper care.
DuraBumper™ Guards happily accepts returns and offers refunds (less shipping fees) for products purchased from our online store. Items purchased from a retailer other than DuraBumper.com should be returned to that specific store. When returning a product please provide the following:
- An original receipt is required with all returns.
- Return items must be received within 45 days of purchase.
- Please indicate a reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement, exchange, or merchandise refund.

Your personal information, including your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and home address will never be released. DuraBumper™ Guards protects account information against unauthorized access or release. We will not give, sell, rent or loan any customer information, unless we are legally required to do so.
DuraBumper™ Guards is committed to providing our customers with secure online credit card transactions and personal privacy. Credit Card processing is conducted through Authorize.net, a centralized and secure data management system. Your data is hosted in a high-security, fully encrypted data center. Even our employees cannot read or access your credit card information.
